Central apartment in Peñiscola that has 2 bedrooms and maximum capacity for 6 people. Comfortable and well located accommodation, on the beachfront, with sea views. It is located 20 m from the sandy beach 'Playa Sur', 200 m from the bus station, 400 m from the city, 400 m from the supermarket, 1000 m from the nearest rocky coves, 15 km from the station train and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
It has elevator, terrace, communal pool, in the same building.
The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
Optional services
Parking: The apartments have a parking space for € 10 per night. Parking space subject to availability. Direct payment in Reception.
Pets: The apartments no accept pets.
Towels: The Agency does not provide towels.
Cots: Customers can rent travel cots for babies for € 5 per day. Direct payment in Reception. According to availability.
Wifi Internet: there is an Internet connection available only in some rooms and in common areas.
Winter Season: 1Dic - 8 April. The apartments do not have heating. During the winter season, the Agency, as an option, makes portable Radiators available to customers. In the event that customers choose to order radiators, electricity consumption will be charged separately at the end of the stay. Only for Reservations greater than 2 nights.
Key delivery schedule
From October to May, key collection takes place during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Late Saturdays and Sundays: closed
From June to September, key collection takes place during the following times
-From Monday to Sunday: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Delivery of keys after hours
Late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 25
- From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 50
Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
