It is located 250 m from the North Beach, 3 km from the city and is located in a lively area close to shops and restaurants.
It has a terrace and complex of Acualandia Community Pools. (Optional and not included in the price)
The open kitchen, gas, is equipped with refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine.
Optional services
Swimming pools: Pool passes are not included. They can be rented for € 35 a week, per apartment. For the rent of € 35 we give you as many passes as occupants are. Direct payment in reception at the moment of the delivery of keys.
Pets: The apartments accept pets. They pay € 30 per stay and pet. Direct payment in Reception.
Bedding: Bed linen is not included in the apartments. There is the possibility of renting it for € 6 the pack. Direct payment in Reception.
Towels: The Agency does not provide towels.
Cots: Customers can rent travel cots for babies for € 5 per day. Direct payment in Reception. According to availability.
Televisions: Not included in the apartments. They can be rented for € 35 per week. An External Agency takes them to the apartment and assembles them. For bookings of less than a week, 35 euros are also charged for a short stay.
Collection of keys
In the Rentals Office Alquileres Peñíscola 1, in Calle Irta number 2. Edificio Forner, bajo. Next to the Plaza Constitución and the Civil Guard Barracks.
Key delivery schedule
From October to May, key collection takes place during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Late Saturdays and Sundays: closed
From June to September, key collection takes place during the following times
-From Monday to Sunday: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Delivery of keys after hours
Late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 25
- From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 50
Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
