The apartment in Peñiscola has 2 bedroom (s),living room with double sofa bed and capacity for 6 people. It is located on the top of the Cerromar mountain, 1km from the Playa de Arena Sur. It is also close to the rocky coves of the Sierra de Irta. It is a large complex full of gardens. The communal pool is in an enclosed area and has panoramic views of the castle and the sea.
It has open air parking in the same building included in the price.
All apartments are large and have large terraces from which to contemplate the entire south of the town and the mountains. They are located in an exclusive residential area, from which you can walk down to the beach in less than 15 minutes.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery / cutlery and utensils / kitchen.

Pets: The apartments accept pets. They pay € 30 per stay and pet. Direct payment in Reception.

Key delivery schedule
From October to May, key collection takes place during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Late Saturdays and Sundays: closed
From June to September, key collection takes place during the following times
-From Monday to Sunday: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Delivery of keys after hours
Late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 25
- From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 50
Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
