No presentation · 100% of the total stay
There will be no payments if the client gives up the services voluntarily before completing his stay.
In the event that due to improvised cause and not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the company will make available to the client another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without reimbursement by any party.
Any deficiency, anomaly or defect that the client finds on arrival will have to be immediately notified at the reception of the apartments 48 hours after their arrival, only those that have been made during the stay will be accepted and processed. the clients. Once the period of your stay is over, no claim will be accepted.
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data ("LPD") we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the files of the company, in order to be able to lend and offer our services.
